Our Team

Our team includes experienced diving instructors, marine biologists, underwater photographers, and customer service experts, all working together to ensure a seamless and memorable diving experience. In 2023, LuxDiving welcomed Shane Latham to our team to help drive our growth and expansion. Shane brings a wealth of experience and expertise, having achieved the rank of TDI Extended Range Instructor and PADI Elite Instructor with 28 SDI specialties. His exceptional skills in marketing, videographic design, and customer service have been instrumental in enhancing our offerings and reaching a broader audience. Joining Shane and the rest of the team at LuxDiving is Juvie Villarosa, a very accomplished Divemaster with extensive hands-on experience in managing and leading dive operations. Together, they form a dynamic duo, contributing to the company’s continued success and ensuring that our guests receive top-notch instruction and guidance. Juvie insures all of our guides provide the ultimate in luxury tours while maintaining absolute safety protocols.
